I don’t think there’s anyone who does not know CorePlayer, a commercial Media Player application for Windows Mobile that plays a variety of media formats but unfortunately there’s a downside to it: it costs almost $30.
Luckily there’s a free version of TCPMP, the predecessor of CorePlayer, which is actually updated to suit modern day’s needs (at least it suits mine since it plays everything I throw at it) and comes with a nice WVGA skin in case you own an HD2 like I do. Now this is not a fresh version but I found myself using it a lot in the last couple of days while being away and my HD2 being the only entertainment device at hand.
All you need to do is download the CAB and install it to your Device, run the application by using its icon which it creates and adjust your settings to your needs.
