We’ve shown you how many Windows Mobile devices like the Touch Pro2 can run Android (quite capably) through haret.exe. Those of you with an HD2 have probably been wondering and when it’ll be possible to run Android on your device. Work is still being done at XDA to get a Linux bootloader to work on the HD2, and recently there was a significant breakthrough: a few developers have been able to play video through the Linux bootloader. While that’s still many steps away from Android, it’s progress. Here’s some video of it in action:
