Mobile Remote Brings Bluetooth Control of Your Computer

Have you ever wanted to control your computer wirelessly but found the large keyboard and mouse impractical, especially for Media Centers connected to your TV or projector?

If you answered yes then MobileSRC, the creators of GScroll and GProfile, has a program for you. The program is called Mobile Remote and it will allow you to control your computer through a Bluetooth connection. The program features an onscreen keyboard, a mouse that can be controlled with your directional pad, a touch screen mouse that works similar to the pressure pad on a laptop, and a multimedia remote control.

I found the touch screen mouse to be the most useful feature of this software; it was very responsive and worked better than my laptop’s mouse. The keyboard is useful for small text input, like entering web addresses, user names, and passwords, but I couldn’t see using it to type a novel. The multimedia remote works well for programs such as Media Center and Windows Media Player.

Mobile Remote also has a feature that will record movements and text input on your Windows Phone and play them back on your computer for quick launching of programs or media.

You can grab a trial from our software store for free, or if you want the full version, it costs around $9.
