Microsoft Recite Demo

Microsoft Recite (previously mentioned by Adam in mid February) is a new free application for any Windows Mobile device that lets you archive voice notes, then search through them with voice. Why is this good? Well, voice notes are more natural than text notes, but one big problem with them is that if you want to find one among a see of a dozen, you really have no way to pinpoint the exact note you're looking for without listening to each one.

Recite intelligently searches for voice notes based on sound. So, if you recorded something like "Jack's pool party is at 9 next Saturday, bring apple pie" - you can say "Jack's pool party" and Recite will pull up the relevant match. Pretty neat.

To get it, point your mobile browser to recite.microsoft.com, or have an SMS sent to your phone with the download link.
