Manage Profiles Easily With Handy Assistant

Handy Assistant is a useful profile manager that will help eliminate such embarrassment and give you your privacy when you don’t want to be disturbed. There are 6 default profiles in Handy Assistant: Meeting, Sleep, Spare Time, Calendar events, and Roaming. You can customize any of the default profiles or create new profiles. The profiles can either be activated manually or automatically. There is also a setting to enable profiles during calendar events to help prevent interruptions. Each profile incorporates its own sound options such as ring volume, vibrate, and type. The program ties directly into your today screen so switching profiles is quick and easy. Handy Assistant can also prevent unwanted calls by placing callers on the Black List which will reject all calls from that number regardless of the current profile. The program can also record both parties during calls so important information will not be missed.
