It didn’t take the guys at XDA long, but they have extracted the ROMs from the upcoming Touch Pro2 and Diamond2 and are showing it running on an HTC Touch HD. Some screenshots are shown below, which give us a more detailed look at the new HTC software coming on the new devices. Though these aren’t likely the final shipping ROMs, they look to be darn close.

The new ROM shows the conference call feature, the new internet tab, the updated program launcher, new soft key menus, and lots more. If you want an earlier preview of some of these in action, check out our Touch Pro2 and Diamond2 Software Preview (reposted below). We don’t recommend that you try installing a modified ROM.
