In this video, we cover the software of the HTC S743.

We find that HTC has modified the sliding panel interface (which is now included in all Windows Mobile 6.1 non-touchscreen devices) to include message previews, internet favorites, and weather.

Several apps such as the photo gallery, communications manager, and system volume are reminiscent of the higher-end Touch Diamond/Pro/HD and have a similar look and feel.

In addition, we see some innovations made to the calling experience: picture caller ID is improved and in-call functions are easily access via the D-Pad.
