It comes from XDA Developers and it is a Windows Media Player for Windows Mobile Professional skin.

It supports WVGA devices only and it was designed having in mind the overall looks of HTC devices, with TF3D-like buttons and sliders. First flavor out is white but we hope to see a black one soon.

Download and install the cab to Device, fire up Windows Media Player on your device, go to settings and choose the new skin from the Skins tab.
