HTC-like Communications Screen for Panel Interface
Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard (that is non touchscreen) receives plugin for the panel interface which is very mu like the HTC CommManager.
WirelessControl (currently at version 1.1) can toggle GSM, Bluetooth and WiFi on and off, set behavior rules (for instance, switch GSM off if WiFi is enabled) and use predefined macros for one button press scenarios (i.e.: enable/disable all).
The application requires .NET CF 3.5 on Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard with enabled Panel Interface.
Something similar comes from XDA Developers and addresses Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional's Titanium, with an additional panel plugin with more or less the same functionality as WirelessControl presented above.
