How to Customize Your Waiting Cursor

Marshall07 from XDA Developers, owner of MarshalSkins project has just released MWC (Marshall Wait Cursor) version 2.2 for Windows Mobile Professional devices.

This free application allows users to customize the default Windows Mobile wait animation (the four colored hourglass) to basically any cursor of your choice. To quote the author, “It is not a way to skin the existing one, but it offers a new concept of wait cursors”. To achieve this, this application is able to combine a Windows Mobile wait animation from a set of png (Portable Network Graphics) files with Alpha Transparent Channel. One of the main features this version brings is the ability to change the cursor animation on the fly, while still being compatible with both QVGA and VGA display devices.

Marshall Wait Cursor 2.2′s homepage also offers a wide range of cursors to suit your basic needs, but you’ll meet the real challenge when creating and enabling your own.
