In this video, we cover all of the settings on the Google Nexus One. Typical for an Android device, there’s a lot you can tinker with, and navigating through the settings interface is a breeze using the touchscreen and the hardware back button. One feature of the Settings that we like in particular is the Battery Use screen, which breaks down which components and programs that are using the most battery.
