In this video, we cover all of the settings on the Google Nexus One. Typical for an Android device, there’s a lot you can tinker with, and navigating through the settings interface is a breeze using the touchscreen and the hardware back button. This allows you to make adjustments and maximize battery life. In case you missed it, check out our other coverage of the Nexus One.
