Google Maps for Android has just reached version 4.0, and with it comes Google Buzz.

What is Buzz? Buzz extends the functionilty of “Latitude” (which allows you to share your location with friends, and their location with you). Imagine a location-aware Twitter-like layer overlaid on the Map which allows you to see the locations of everybody using Buzz, thier location-aware messages, and an attached photo (optional). Additionally, you can reply to other people’s Buzz messages.

Google Maps 4.0 is also available for Windows Mobile.
