One of the biggest annoyances of the Windows Marketplace for Mobile is that developers have to submit their applications to specific regions. If they want to submit to more than one region, it’s an extra fee. Given that there are dozens of regions, this can get very expensive, so developers usually stick to just one area.

Now, thanks to a program from XDA, you can jump around to other Marketplaces and be exposed to more apps. Just run the EXE from your device, and choose the language and region.
