BlueToggler is a free and simple application for Windows Mobile Professional 5 and above that will toggle between Bluetooth states on your device: ON, ON – discoverable and OFF.

Download and install to device, then when you run it, the application will toggle the Bluetooth ON, OFF or ON – discoverable, depending on the state it was in. The application also gives you a five second timeout enabling you to choose an option.

.NET Compact Framework 3.5 is a prerequisite for this application but as long as you have that, you can successfully run it on Windows Mobile 5 and above, QVGA, VGA and WVGA screen resolution.
