cleanRAM Updated to Version 1.9

Everyone’s favorite (free) memory releasing solution has been updated to version 1.9. CleanRAM is a popular tool for reclaiming memory for users who’ve become exceedingly tired of having to soft reset so often, due to leaks and apps/processes refusing to release memory. HTC HD2 users may not need a powerful utility such as this, thanks to a beastly 448MB of RAM, but many with older devices still need to occasionally free some program memory. The update brings mainly bug fixes, so you’ll want to install it immediately if you’re a current user. A full changelog can be viewed below and you can grab it from the developer’s site.

Version 1.9.0 (11/14/09):

- New option in the “Exceptions List” feature added – now you can select between “Running Processes” to “Startup Shortcuts.” It means that you can add processes also from “Startup” folder (when using “Launch Startup Programs” setting). Notice if only “Launch Startup Programs” setting (from settings menu) is checked, you will be able to use the “Startup Shortcuts” option (from exceptions list)

- cleanRAM loads faster now

- Fixed the issue with landscape resolution

- Fixed the issue with Rhodium Phone Canvas

- Fixed bugs reported by the users community

- New strings for language file added: ThisOptionWorksWithLaunchStartupChecked = “This option works only when Launch Startup Programs setting (from settings menu) is checked” StartupFolderShortcuts = “Startup Shortcuts”

- Languages files added to cab file
