Another HTC Sense UI Clone Surfaces: PointSense Suite

It didn’t take long for developers to be inspired by HTC’s new interface, did it? A couple days ago, we reported on a new theme for ThrottleLauncher that mirrors the look and feel of the Sense interface from the HTC Hero. Now, the ever so popular PointUI is also getting a facelift by a recreation of the Sense UI. As you can see in the video below, it’s still in the testing phase, but fans of PointUI seem to be quite optimistic about its completion.

These new themes for ThrottleLauncher and PointUI may not be perfect clones of Sense, at least not yet, but they should keep us pleasantly busy while waiting for a true port. For full instructions on how to install and preview PointSense, go to PointUI’s community forum.
