We’ve shown you a lot about Windows Mobile 6.5. You may have noticed that while the sliding Today screen interface is a great way to fit a lot of information on one screen, it isn’t very customizable…you can’t move things around, remove items, or change the look.

Well, the guys at XDA have begun tweaking the new interface, and it looks like that developers can indeed change the interface and develop plugins, as wmpoweruser points out.

In this video, we show the AppStar Titanium plugin which allows you to have a “favorite people” item to make it easy to call those that you contact the most. Also shown in the video is a slick looking Pyro skin that changes the background, plus the look of each sliding object.
