If you’re a Hotmail user who’s always been jealous of Exchange ActiveSync’s great support for push sync of email, contacts, calendar, and tasks, then we’ve got good news. Hotmail has now been enabled for direct-push ActiveSync! The official instructions for setting this up are available here. Supported devices and operating systems include: Windows Mobile 6.x, Windows Phone 7, Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Nokia E-Series, Nokia S-Series, and Nokia N-Series with the Mail for Exchange application.
Unfortunately, as Mary Jo Foley points out, Android devices are not yet supported, but it might work with the Touchdown application.
Has anyone tried it with a Palm WebOS device?
