The Samsung BlackJack, BlackJack II, and the Ace on Sprint all have a problem with recognizing the leap year. Fortunately, the::unwired has a solution in the form of a CAB, which must be transferred to your Samsung device and then installed from the device.

Without the CAB fix, your calendars will apear out of sync.
