TypeNote is a simple note taking application from XDA Developers that would work on any screen resolution according to the author, lightweight and finger friendly.

Current version 0.9.1 features listing of notes, copy/paste function for text, inserting current date and time, saving of notes as separate text files and both portrait and landscape support. For the moment, TypeNote supports only typing and no on screen stylus drawing. As for installation, download and install the cab to your Device and you’re set.
