It has a minimal UI allowing you to convert several units from the categories of Temperature, Lenght, Mass, Volume and Area. In case the desired unit or conversion is not present, Unit Converter allows you to customize it, by editing the UnitConvert.xml file in Program FilesUnitConverter (by copying it to your PC, editing it following the existing format and loading it back to your Device).
