GekoNewCal is XDA Developers’ finger friendly alternative to the stock appointment creation tool Calendar in Windows Mobile Professional.

This utility is currently at version 2.0.2, and it basically allows you to create appointments in a way that does not involve using the stylus. It creates appointments by the classic criteria used by Calendar, such as Subject, Location, Start date, Details and Recurrence, all this following the design in HTC’s TouchFLO 3D in matter of graphics. For those of you who want to customize it even more, the graphic files used are external, allowing you to skin this app, as well as the resources which allow you to translate it to any language.

You can download it freely from it’s website and install it to DEVICE. Windows Mobile Professional is needed in order to run in on a device supporting VGA screen resolution.
