The Verizon HTC Ozone’s Worldphone functionality means that it is capable of using a CDMA/EVDO network or a GSM/EDGE network giving you the best of both worlds. Verizon includes a Verizon/Vodaphone SIM card to enable the GSM functionality. Is it possible to swap this SIM card out? Would it not be great to switch between the Verizon and AT&T networks essentially saying goodbye to dead spots (I know wishful thinking). I decided to try swapping in an AT&T SIM card to see what would happen, although given Verizon’s lockdown track record I had an inkling of what would happen.
