Buying, renting and watching Verizon’s Flex View movies on your PC or laptop just got a nice addition with the carrier’s FiOS on-demand application which has just been rolled out for Android, Windows Mobile and Blackberry.
With this application you can buy, rent and watch the movies right on your mobile device, regardless if it’s running Google’s, Microsoft’s or RIM’s operating system. According to their website, the list of supported devices – currently including the HTC Imagio, Samsung Omnia 2, Blackberry Storm 2, DROID X, DROID 2 and generic Windows Mobile 6.5 handsets – is continuously expanding so if your device is not currently listed or the app is not working for you, check back for updates. Once the content is there on your mobile, you can easily transfer it to your PC or watch it in any combination of up to four devices plus any Verizon FiOS TV set-top box.
