Tired of blocked calls and don’t want to pick up not knowing who it is? There is a new service called TrapCall, which uses a loophole in the caller ID system to reveal the numbers to blocked calls–a premium account will also show the caller’s name as registered to their phone companies. The basic service, is free. The loophole is due to TrapCall forwarding the call to a 1-800 number, which reveals the caller’s identity as calls to 1-800 numbers cannot be blocked.
According to Wired, you can even blacklist specified numbers.
