For those hoping to just test drive the myTouch 3G Fender Edition, which is a limited edition Android handset based on the myTouch 3G, there is some bad news as you cannot return the handset–even during the remorse period. T-Mobile will only accept a trade-in of the Fender Edition for another Fender Edition handset during the first twelve months as a warranty exchange should the phone be defective (and not from user abuse).
