AT&T has just announced that the 8.1 megapixel, HD-video capable Sony Ericsson Vivaz will hit its network on September 5th. As previously reported, the 3.2-inch Vivaz — a Symbian S60-powered touchscreen number announced back in January — features the usual smattering of radios (HSPA, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth), an nHD (360 x 640) resolution, and as its biggest selling point, 720p video capture with streamlined YouTube uploading.
Vivaz, not to be confused with the QWERTY-packing Vivaz Pro — will cost $80 on contract, after a $50 mail-in rebate.
