The Samsung Beam is an Android smartphone with a built-in a pico projector, similar to the Windows Mobile LG eXpo with its projector adapter. The device goes by the name of Galaxy Beam and has a Super AMOLED WVGA touchscreen at 3.7-inch and will be launching in July in Singapore, with Europe and Asia launches to follow. Unfortunately, an American launch doesn’t sound likely as the device lacks AT&T’s and T-Mobile’s 3G bands for use here in the States. Other features include Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi, 8-megapixel camera with flash, front-facing cam, HD video, GPS, FM radio, and a large 1800 mAh battery.
