Samsung is releasing the M4650 Windows Mobile Professional phone in the Korean Market on LG Telecom. The device is said to be multi-touch by Samsung, but according to Engadget Mobile, the device only sports a regular touchscreen with a customized user interface.

The screen is said to have haptics technology, which emits a vibration to give feedback to users that a “screen button” has been pushed. The device will cost around 550 US dollars post-rebates.
