Last week, we got a taste of rumors surrounding NVIDIA’s future Tegra 4 system-on-a-chip. Supposedly, the follow-up to the quad-core Tegra 3 would integrate one of the company’s brand-new Kepler GPUs, giving it the potential for some serious graphical prowess. Even with that to consider, we ultimately had heard very little about what we could hope for the Tegra 4 launch. Today, a leaked roadmap may just help fill-in some of those blanks, showing would could be a few of the first Tegra 4 chips around.

While the leak doesn’t say “Tegra 4″ outright, the Tegra 3 is based off Cortex A9 cores, not A15s like we see here. According to the document, we’ll have a range of components available for devices ranging from 1.2GHz up to 2GHz. Since these are just the SoCs, and not full-on devices, it’s odd to see mention of screen sizes in this document, but presumably they’re just recommendations.

Beyond those chips that are clearly Tegra 4s, there’s another here that claims to use A9s, but is notable for including what’s presumably on-board LTE support.

The 1.8GHz model will likely be the first of this pack out of the gate, showing up in devices sometime in the first quarter of next year. For the rest, we’ll be waiting until at least summer 2013.
