Two weeks ago we heard from Nokia that the buttonless MeeGo powered N9 phone was successful and that all of the 64GB variants have been already pre-ordered. Now the Finnish company has announced that they are starting to honor orders and pre-orders.
According to the latest from Nokia regarding the N9, the phones have started shipping to customers and stores. The first “pure-touch” device sports a 3.9-inch AMOLED display with FWVGA resolution (854 x 480 pixels), a Texas Instruments OMAP3630 1GHz CPU, PowerVR SGX530 GPU, 1GB of RAM and either 16GB or 64GB internal storage. Too bad it will not hit the American market officially (but you can always import it as the penta-band radio supports most frequencies).
