Nokia has recently updated its Ovi Store to version 2.8 bringing automatic application update checks and notifications, top lists and more. There reportedly were some problems that determined Nokia to quickly pull the update but is now rolling out.

The version number is 2.08.042 and it will bring you all the goodies we mentioned in our previous post if you’re rocking a Symbian^3 smartphone. You need to open Ovi Store on your handset and an update notification should let you know that there’s a more recent version you should install. You’re all set from there!
