The Nokia E72 is a phone running S60 3rd Edition which will not die out that easy especially with the manufacturer being committed to constantly improving and adding features to the software.
A recent minor update, v54, is reportedly improving on the auto-focus of the phone while taking pictures. While not being included in the list of changes, several users have seen the feature improve. What’s included though in the changes are the addition of SIM Lock 3.0 and B2B Certificate of phase 1 and updated startup settings baseline. The Vlingo application and Ovi Files have been removed and the Camera shortcut has been replaced with Ovi Store shortcut on the Home Screen.
