Joe Belfiore is on stage at MIX10 right now, and he’s showing different screens on Windows Phone 7 Series that we haven’t yet seen before.

To start, on the Start screen, you can tap and hold any tile and either move it or delete it. To delete, you’ll be presented with a broken heart. To add tiles, it seems that any tile that is “addable” will have a heart icon in the application bar.

Here’s another view of email, which lets you pivot between different filters. Joe elaborated on the app bar, which shows you commonly used commands on the bottom in graphical form. To get more menu commands, you can expand the app bar.

Email managament is pretty cool. To delete an email, you tap on the check box. This view also makes it very easy to quickly remove many messages from your inbox.
Also shown was a new feature in Calender called “I am late” that will inform anyone associated with an appointment that you’ll be late (via email).
