The Maine legislature has been persuaded to bring the issue of cell phones, brain cancer, and radiation to the floor in January in a move that may mandate manufacturers and cell phone makers to add warning labels to the popular class of consumer electronics devices. The state politician who has raised the issue seems to be using her phone for emergencies or when she knows she is getting a call; in daily use, she turns her phone off and keeps it away from her head when speaking on her phone. Perhaps a Windows Mobile phone with push Exchange ActiveSync email is out of the question for said politician.
We’re wondering what harsh language the surgeon general will put on your favorite Windows phone for export into the Maine economy.
