We’ve seen some pretty interesting Windows Phone 7 ads already, but LG has really raised the bar with a pair of compelling two-minute Optimus 7 commercials (and one Optimus One spot as well) which achieve that difficult marketing goal of entertaining while educating. All three eschew human actors for animated shorts that mix mediums such as stop-motion, claymation, and comic books with CGI enhancements for visually-exciting experiences; at the same time, the viewer becomes acquainted with several unique features of the handsets, like the DLNA WiFi sharing, Microsoft Sharepoint compatability, and Scansearch augmented reality app found on the Optimus 7. We won’t ruin the plots for you, so make sure to check out all three HD shorts below.
