We’ve recently heard that the HTC Sensation 4G is coming to T-Mobile on June 8 alongside with the Samsung Exhibit 4G and we’ve seen a drawing of the Samsung Hercules which is also rumored to be on Magenta but in the distant future. What is believed to be an accurate T-Mobile roadmap has been recently leaked and we can tell you right from the start, it’s all about Android.
June will bring the HTC Sensation 4G, Samsung Exhibit 4G and Samsung Gravity Touch 2 a lower end Android on the 8th of the month and the Samsung Galaxy Suit a Galaxy Mini variant of some sort on the 15th.
August 17 is for the recently announced BlackBerry Bold 9900 and the 31st for the BlackBerry Apollo — probably a Curve refresh – while the Nokia Panda believed to be the Nuron 4G will land on September 14. The Samsung Hercules we’ve heard about yesterday is rumored to see the shelves on September 26.
There are also some devices named with no release info nor other details, like the LG Maxx and Maxx Q the Maxx Q with a QWERTY keyboard reminding us of the naming for the Optimus 7 and Optimus 7Q. Samsung Dumont is another mystery and so is the LG Optimus II Gelato gelato meaning ice-cream in Italian which might have something to do with Google’s next gen mobile platform, Ice Cream sandwich, the Gelato probably shipping with that version. The HTC Bresson is the 16-megapixel Windows Phone 7 we told you about; it’s also mentioned in the roadmap.
All in all, it appears to be a rather interesting year for T-Mobile with many new smartphones up Magenta’s sleeve, varied smartphones to suit all needs, small, big, high-end to low-end, various manufacturers. Any one in particular you are waiting for, in case the leaked roadmap turns out to be accurate?
