The AT&T – T-Mobile merger is getting once again, more complicated, with Sprint and C Spire allowed to file suit. The DOJ already filed to block the merger back in August and now the two carriers are too getting in the deal’s way.

U.S. District Judge Ellen Huvelle has ruled in favor of Sprint’s anti-trust lawsuit against the $39 billion AT&T – T-Mobile merger. Additionally, C Spire, formerly known as Cellular South, is allowed to pursue injury claims regarding the effect the merger would have on roaming services. On the positive side, Sprint’s claims that it would be hurt in acquiring wireless airwaves for its customers and own network development were overruled.
