The app makers for a wireless synchronization for iPhones and iTunes had submitted the application to Apple for App Store approval, but was rejected. Now, that app, which promises to synchronize your phone wirelessly over WiFi with your PC or Mac, is available in Cydia for jailbroken devices. You can download the app for $9.99 from the Cydia store.
