HTC may be going the way of Apple, Microsoft, Sony, and many other technology companies to launch their own retail stores to showcase their products. This mock-up, which is characteristically HTC (simple, clean lines, fantastic branding), showcases a variety of devices behind glass panels, with several other devices on display with which customers can interact. This image could also be indicative of an HTC display that can be found within another store, perhaps a sign of things to come. Either way, it would make a lot of sense that HTC would be looking to make a retail presence as one of the largest purveyors of smartphones in the world.
Update: Turns out that HTC already has a retail store in Prague (did anyone know about this)? It’s actually quite beautiful inside. Thanks @peterkupcek.
