We’ve seen the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer almost doubling its sales numbers compared to the same period of the year before back in Q3 2010 and it appears that HTC has now managed to more than double last year’s numbers related to month May.
HTC announced today that its consolidated sales for May reached roughly $1.42 billion, which is more than two times better than last year’s May. Compare that with April’s $1.35 billion and last year’s $657 million and you’ve got a great recipe for success. HTC had lots of successful smartphones out in the last period including the Incredible S, Desire S, Wildfire S, Inspire 4G, Thunderbolt as well as the HD7, 7 Trophy and Mozart, you name it but the best is yet to show in sales numbers, the Sensation (4G) and the EVO 3D.
