Samsung is demonstrating its flexible AMOLED display technologies for mobile devices, which can take the brute force of a hammer and be folded and bended. The display technology won’t be ready for another two years, but can show the durability of AMOLED displays, and hopefully can be a catalyst for innovative form factors, applications, and designs of future products on the market.

Hopefully, in two years, Samsung will be able to make enough of these bendable AMOLED displays such that shortages can be avoided to keep smartphone makers and carriers happy.
