CoPilot Live Adds Traffic Info for Windows Mobile, Android, iPhone

CoPilot now comes with traffic support for an additional $10 per year subscription fee. Real-time traffic information is used to avoid congestion, offer a more accurate arrival time, and provide alternate routes when available. Users of CoPilot Live v. 8 for Android, iPad, iPhone, and Windows Mobile will be able to try out ActiveTraffic, the traffic monitoring feature, for free for 14 days; after that, the fee will be $10 per year for an annual subscription. Users of CoPilot Live v. 8 U.S. Traffic will be able to upgrade to ActiveTraffic free of charge. CoPilot and its maker ALK Technologies, have not announced ActiveTraffic pricing for UK customers.
