Engadget Mobile has caught wind of some FCC documentation of the Samsung SGH-i617. The BlackJack was model i607 on Cingular/AT&T. According to Engadget Mobile, Samsung devices on AT&T usually end with a 7 in the naming/number scheme, which our observations have confirmed true. Could this be the American cousin to the European svelte Windows Mobile Professional with GPS? The SGH-i617 rocks the 850 and 1900 MHz HSDPA bands.
