While Apple has been getting a lot of bad press for submitting altered images in the iPad case against Samsung in Germany, today we hear that Mark Krul, lawyer and IP law specialist at Dutch firm WiseMen, has also noticed some retouched imagery in Apple’s case against Samsung in the Netherlands. Apparently, the images of the two phones side by side were altered in order to make the Samsung Galaxy S appear to be exactly the same size as the iPhone 3G. The Samsung’s programs listing was also used on the screen since that more closely resembles the iPhone home screen as opposed to using the Samsung home screen.
