We wish LG would get creative and give their handsets something more memorable than a string of letters and numbers, but the Korean-only LG LU2300 looks hot. The LU2300 runs Android, S-Class UI, and is powered by a 1 GHz processor with a sliding QWERTY keyboard. It also has a 3.5-inch WVGA AMOLED display along with a 5-megapixel camera that’s capable of shooting 720p HD video.
The UI, with the bottom arc, seems to look a little like HTC Sense. While this handset is bound only for Korea, LG is rumored to bring a similar-speced handset called the C710 Aloha for the US that will support GSM/HSPA. Hopefully, some of the LU2300′s design DNA will make its way to the C710.
