Sprint Touch Pro2 Landing in July After All?

P-Slim, an active PPCGeeks member and former Sprint employee, has recently posted about a new entry in his local Sprint store’s Cellebrite system. For those who don’t know, Cellebrite is a stand-alone memory transfer and backup solution that transfers all forms of content between a wide range of mobile devices. Sprint uses it to help make the old phone to new phone transition easier for their customers.

Although he is no longer an employee, he still remains friends with his former coworkers. He was recently in the store to see one of those friends, when they happened to notice a new entry in the store’s Cellebrite system, the Touch Pro 2. Today, he was able to snag a pic of this entry and send it our way. As you can see, the Cellebrite UME-36Pro shows the Touch Pro2 model number as HTC 6975.

The T-Mobile and TELUS versions of the device have been making a lot of noise recently as their release dates near, is Sprint next in line? P-Slim mentioned that it’s not uncommon for a newly added product to be released soon after its entry. Do you think it’ll be released by the end of this month? It certainly doesn’t hurt that it’s showing up in Sprint’s Cellebrite system. Let us know when you think it’ll launch.
