FCC Hints Toshiba TG01 Headed to Sprint, Verizon Wireless?

We’re not entirely sure about this, and either the carriers or Toshiba can nip this in the bud at any time, but a CDMA version of the slim, sleek, and powerful Toshiba TG01 with a zippy 1 GHz of Snapdragon goodness was approved by the FCC. Unlike the models available already right now, this version of the Toshiba TG01 uses CDMA technology for its cellular and data, the same technology that is being used and deployed by carriers Verizon Wireless and Sprint in the US.

For some time now, Verizon Wireless has been making jabs at rival AT&T with an iPhone killer. Could they have selected the Windows Mobile powered TG01 as such?
