MySportTraining can be used to monitor your health training. You can use it to keep track of your fitness program, including progress you’ve made and progress you need to make. You can also use it to keep track of your diet and your heart-health if you purchase the heart monitor add-on and/or the Food Tracker add-on. With MySportTraining Food, you can input your daily intake of food and find out how many calories you need to burn. For those on the Atkins or Zone diets, this is a great way to keep on track! MySportTraining fully integrates with Pocket Outlook so that you will be reminded when you should weigh yourself, when you should work out, and when you should check your heart rate.

MySportTraining uses a standard InstallShield-type Wizard to install the program on your Pocket PC. Setup is simple and straight-forward. I experienced no issues in installing and setting up the program, and I installed it to my storage card.
