INTRODUCTION

Super Wild Wild Words: Have they really fixed this game or will you get HUNG
up? Will this Wild West themed Word Game live up to its reputation,
or will it end up in Boot Hill? Cash in on the 200,000 word choices
and hang on for the ride.

The
game opens showing you the screen above. From here choose the
Menu barrel, then choose the

Settings
barrel to choose your desired options.

Use
the Settings barrel button to change Sound Settings, and Start level.

PROGRAM FEATURES

This
game features two skill levels:

Normal

& Bonus. They both have the ability to Reset, Export, or move you
to back to the game with Done.

When
you finish a level, the above information is displayed.

You
can solve the puzzle by picking the right letters one at a time,
as seen above on the left. Or, challenge the Hangman puzzle by
tapping CHALLENGE!, then type the letters as shown on the right.

As
you come out of the starting gate, all you need to do is lasso the letters.
Spell words by tapping on the letters with your stylus. The letters
don’t have to be contiguous; they only need to be on the screen somewhere.
See example shown spelling the word MORE.  Notice that the letters
aren’t in a straight line either, as in some word games.

If
you guess the wrong letter, you add 1 of 6 parts to the hangman.

In
the Normal play, a letter, or symbol falls down every two seconds, moving
left to right. But in the Bonus game a letter or symbol falls down
in every row as you make more words.

If
you guess a letter correctly, a YEE-HAW! poster appears, and the
letter is eliminated from the letters available. This helps a
lot, in case you can’t remember what letters have been used.

If you guess wrong, the
result is an "AW, SHUCKS !"

HELP SUPPORT

This game has a great
help section. It not only explains how to play, but also shows
you how, with pictures.

This
game offers a fairly good Help section, with rules and scoring
explanations.

BUGS AND WISHES

An option for two letter words would be appreciated, especially
when you are about to run out of time or space. Have you ever made
a play in a word game, then thought, after the fact, "I wish I
could fix my ‘oops’"? Neither this game nor my other word game does.
Other games allow you to switch players, without closing the other
person’s play screen.

The
ability to compete with another player, by taking turns, would be a
bonus.

I
wish that there would have been more information on how both the Normal
and Bonus games are to be played

.

OVERALL
IMPRESSION

When I first started playing this game
on my iPAQ 2215, I had to pause it in order for my brain to catch
up. Normal play can be pretty WILD at times but I think that is probably
why it is so addictive. I like playing the Bonus Game the best. The
Bonus game is the style of word game I like playing the most. You
can play this game at a slower pace because the letters aren’t falling
all of the time. This game is the only word game I have that has the
ability to EXPORT your score.  I was pleasantly surprised to
find that I connected with this game. I can stop playing anytime,
to answer the phone or let my brain say, "Ahhhhh." I recommend
this title if you are a word puzzle fanatic.
